A Change Is Coming... Eventually

Pennsylvania, that I know of, is one of the most strict states when it comes to their alcohol - they practically still live in the prohibition era. Okay, maybe not that bad, at least they sell alcohol.

With that said, I have to say I was a bit proud of Pennsylvania when I read that they are trying to bring their law more up-to-date. But there's a catch... seems like there are still some 'folks' dragging their feet on this issue in order to get it fully implemented.

I don't know, maybe it's just me - check out the article and tell me what you think.

Could Pennsylvania stand to move a little faster to catch up with the times? Personally, I think so...

Cheers.
