There's a new whiskey kid in town and they're slowly making a name for themselves in the industry.

Swift Distillery of Dripping Springs, TX is a husband and wife owned distillery producing 'Swift Single Malt' whiskey made out of 100% malted barley.

Though, The Whiskey Wash seems to be a bit on the fence about it, it has peeked my curiosity to want to take a taste. And, everyone's palate is different, so I always like to decipher for myself before making that judgement call. Let us know what you think if you give it a shot.
