Drink All You Want, Turns Out It's Not Beers Fault!
Published By admin on 9 years ago

This is probably some of the best news I have heard in a while - drinking beer isn't really what makes us fat. Say what?

Though, it was a hard separation, I have been taking time away from beer for this reason alone. Now, I'm not one who necessarily counts calories, but I am one who runs 3x a week and works out twice a week, so am I a bit protective of my hard work? Yes. Which is why I have been laying off the beer. But now, we are all in the clear. Apparently, there is an art and method to drink beer without gaining a belly. Best. Christmas. Present. Ever.

I know there are plenty of you out there dying to know how this all works, so here ya go and celebrate tonight by picking up a six-pack of your favorite brew. Cheers.
