Hangovers Are Costing Us Big Time. Literally.

We have all said it before we pass out in our beds from a long night of drinking - "boy, I'm going to pay for this in the morning". But, did you ever think it would be meant literally? Neither did I.

According to an article written by FusionCenter For Disease Control reported that Americans lost close to $77 billion because of employees making bad choices on a 'school night'. The article went on to state that the CDC found our excessive alcohol consumption cost the U.S. $249 billion in 2010, and out of that $249 billion, "71.9% came from lost productivity" - the CDC likes to call this "impaired productivity at work". Well, now, then, there, now don't we feel ashamed of ourselves? The CDC also reported that the consumption of alcohol by Americans is increasing - obviously not a good thing if just in 2010 we lost $249 BILLION dollars (place tip of pinky by corner of mouth).
