It seems like 2015 was a year for experimenting with whiskey and flavors. We had Crown Royal's Maple, Jack Daniel's Honey, and again Crown Royal's recently released apple flavored whiskey. I haven't tried the apple flavor yet, and of course, you know I will and I will let you know how it tastes. But before I try the apple flavor comes a whiskey a friend of mine told me about over the holiday, and it actually sounds really good - unlike the others, which I tried out of default because I'm a whiskey drinker and I had to try them.
The flavored whiskey my buddy told me about, comes from 'William Wolf Fine Bourbons'. It's a pecan flavor. Possibly similar to the maple, but for some reason I feel like this one will be a bit more up my alley - not too sweet but carries just a hint of flavor.
If you try it before I do, let me know what you think - would love to know your thoughts. Cheers.
