The Barrel of Youth

I am all for coming up with, and listing reasons why we should all be drinking whiskey until we look like raisins. So, I was pretty excited when I read one of BBC's latest articles about a 109 year old little lady that attributed her longevity to whiskey.

When asked what her secret is to living so long, she sweetly replied, "I don't drink but I have a little drop of whiskey every night".

Now that is a very smart woman.

This little old lady from, Broadway, Worcestershire comes in as the oldest in her town, but comes behind the oldest woman in the country who is 112 years old. (She must be drinking her "little drop of whiskey", too). I'm telling you, whiskey to humans is what spinach is to Popeye.
